Right after you complete your payment, you’ll receive two emails:

Payment confirmation & account access – This email includes your receipt and a link to your Safetyhub subscription account at www.safetyhub.com, where you can manage your plan, upgrade or downgrade, or cancel at any time. (Note: this account is only for managing your subscription details.)
Training portal access – You’ll also receive a separate welcome email from our account management team with your company’s unique training portal URL, along with step-by-step guides to get started. This is where you and your team will log in to access all Safetyhub training content.

If you’re ever unsure which is which or need help getting set up, contact our sales team and we’ll be happy to walk you through it.

For the Video Streaming and Video + LMS plans, we can get you started the same day you subscribe. If you’re going with the SCORM Package plan, your courses will be ready within one business day.

No problem! We also accept checks, ACH transfers, and wire payments. If you need to set us up as a vendor, just contact our sales team and we’ll help you get started.

Yes. We offer 2-year, 3-year, and 5-year plans. Contact our sales team if you’re interested.

Yes. When an employee leaves, you can suspend their access while retaining their training records. This frees up the license/seat so a new team member can take their place at no extra cost.

Yes. You can upgrade or switch plans at any time directly through the my account section on our website. When you make a change, the cost is prorated based on your original purchase period and the time remaining on your current subscription.

A “user” is any employee who needs access to training. Whether you’re on a video-only plan or using our LMS, each user gets full access to the training content available on your plan.

Yes! We can send you a sample SCORM file to test in your LMS. If you need help uploading it, we’d be happy to walk you through it.

Yes. You can run in-person group sessions and log attendance directly in the LMS. No need for every employee to log in and complete the course individually.

Courses are available in English, Spanish, and French voiceovers. Captions are also available in multiple languages, including English, Mandarin, German, Bahasa Indonesian, Polish, and Russian.

Yes. For LMS users, certificates are automatically generated upon course completion. For video-only plans, we provide editable certificates to support in-person sessions.

We produce all our videos in-house and update our library regularly to reflect the latest regulations and customer feedback.

The average length of our videos is 15 minutes, not including the assessment. Our microlearning videos are all under 5 minutes.

Yes. Our courses are built to align with OSHA standards and help meet regulatory training requirements.

Each guide includes a full transcript of the video, key discussion points and a multiple-choice assessment, with answers.
