The Video Streaming + LMS plan adds the ability to assign courses, track completions, pull reports online, and build your own custom courses. The SCORM Package is for organizations that manage training through their own LMS and need plug-and-play course files.

A user is any employee who needs access to training. Each user gets full access to the training content available on their plan.
Yes. You can upgrade, switch plans, or add more users at any time through your account. You’ll pay a prorated rate based on the time remaining on your current subscription — so you only pay for what you need, when you need it.

Very little. To set up a user in the LMS, all we need is a first name, last name, and work email. We don’t require payroll information, Social Security Numbers, compensation details, or any other sensitive personal data. Work email is recommended for delivering course notifications but is not mandatory.
Your employee training records belong to you and are never shared with or sold to third parties. If you need access to your data after your subscription ends, your records are archived and available on request. Safetyhub is designed to require the minimum amount of information necessary to run your training program effectively.
