About the course

This video program will explain what workplace violence is, who may be a potentially violent person, where violence can occur and a whole range of methods and approaches that can be used to control violence in the workplace.

  • Crisis management – how to deal with a violent person

Controlling violence in the workplace is possible. Improvements in security and morale that can be gained from minimizing violence can also lead to a safer and more productive workplace.
